The HYROX Training Pass is designed for athletes who are not current members of The Sweat Factory but want access to HYROX-specific training and the flexibility of open gym use.

With your pass, you’ll get:
✅ Access to HYROX Academy – structured training plans and workouts to build strength, endurance, and efficiency.
✅ Open Gym Hours – train on your own schedule at The Sweat Factory outside of class or personal training times.
✅ HYROX Simulation Training Sessions – practice race-day flow, pacing, and transitions in a supportive environment.

💡 Please note: HYROX race registration is not included in this pass.

For just $100/month, non-members can train like competitors, sharpen their skills, and step confidently into their next HYROX event.
