We hear all the time that our clients want to lift more. If you’re one of those people, than this class is for you!  


This class is minoring on cardio and majoring on resistance training. Think low volume (reps) and high resistance (weight) workout with short rest intervals that will improve muscle tone and definition. When you arrive you can expect to start with a warm-up. It’s important that we get those muscles nice and loose prior to lifting. Join us! It’s time to get certified!


All fitness levels welcome. Modifications available.
